Meet the Doctors

Jake Reynolds DMD, MSD

Dr. Reynolds graduated from Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree in 2004. He received an Endodontic Certificate and a Masters of Science in Dentistry from Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Dentistry in Richmond, Virginia in 2009. He also spent 3 years in the U.S. Air Force serving as a General Dentist. During one of those years, he earned a certificate in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program. Dr. Reynolds has had extensive surgical training and experience with employing the latest in dental and endodontic training, practices, technology, and equipment.

Dr. Reynolds is dedicated to the advancement of education in the field of dentistry, and while completing his schooling at VCU he spent numerous hours tutoring and mentoring other students in endodontics. Dr. Reynolds also enjoys providing volunteer dental service with the Mission of Mercy organization.

Dr. Reynolds established Wake Forest Endodontics in 2011 and Crabtree Endodontics in 2020. In 2023 these practices, including a new Zebulon location, became known as PreservEndo.

Isaac Lee, DDS

Dr. Lee received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2010 where he received the Horace Wells Award presented by the American Dental Society. Afterwards, he completed a General Practice residency at Lehigh Valley Medical Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In 2013, he completed his Endodontic residency at the University at Buffalo where he was designated as Chief Resident.

Dr. Lee specializes in all aspects of endodontics, including retreatment and surgical procedures. He speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys providing services to the Spanish speaking community. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontics and routinely attends AAE meetings so as to stay current with the latest treatments and research. He has taught continuing education courses on pharmacology in dentistry, current endodontic surgical techniques and future trends in endodontics.

Dr. Lee has practiced as a private endodontist in New York and Colorado. In addition to his full-time work in private practice, he taught at the University at Buffalo School of Dentistry as a part-time instructor for the post-doctoral endodontic program.
