Some Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) have company policies that do not allow reimbursement to our office at this time, however, they will send the reimbursement directly to the policy holder (patient). Therefore, we collect full payment up front for treatment rendered for some Delta Dental and BCBS patients.
